MBA Program at the University of Chicago (Booth) Part-Time
The same flexible curriculum, degree requirements, and esteemed faculty as the Full-Time MBA Program are available to working students throughout the United States through our Evening MBA and Weekend MBA Programs.
Both weekend and evening MBA programs meet once a week for ten weeks every quarter, and students can finish their degree requirements in as little as eight years. Although part-time students typically enroll in two classes every quarter, they can increase or decrease their course load to fit in with their hectic work schedules or other obligations. To receive a Chicago Booth MBA, you must complete 20 courses, plus our Leadership Effectiveness and Development program (LEAD) (tuition costs $8,096 for each course). Although the program is generally intended to be taken in person, students have some additional flexibility because they can complete up to 25% of their curriculum online.
While 77 percent of Weekend MBA students come to our downtown campus from California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and other states, most students enrolled in the Evening MBA Program live and/or work in the Chicago area.
